Take That band GARY BARLOW, MARK OWEN, JASON ORANGE and HOWARD DONALD are pictured playing at a party in Barbados thrown for family and friends of the man band's label bosses at Universal.
Due to "family commitments" newly returned member ROBBIE WILLIAMS was not availble but the rest of the band played on, at a swish resort on the island.
